(hereinafter, the “Hotel Unit of Grupo Lemco”), or to whomever may represent their rights or in the future assume the role of data controller, to collect, store, use, process, circulate, consult, report, transmit, transfer, and delete my personal data, in the course of their commercial, contractual, hotel service, and customer service activities, for the purposes of managing reservations, purchases, payments, lodging, events, commercial or promotional communications, compliance with legal and contractual obligations, implementation of security measures, fraud control, and improvement of products and services. I also authorize that my personal data may be transferred or transmitted within and outside the Colombian territory, provided that adequate levels of protection are guaranteed. I acknowledge that, as the data subject, I am entitled to the rights to access, update, rectify, and delete my personal data, to revoke the authorization granted, and to file complaints before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC), pursuant to Law 1581 of 2012 and the Grupo Lemco Personal Data Processing Policy, which I may consult here.
