I freely, expressly, and knowingly authorize the Hotel Unit of Grupo Lemco (LEMCO S.A.S., HABITEL S.A.S., and OPERADORA HABITEL S.A.S.), or any party representing its rights, to collect, store, use, process, and manage my personal data for purposes related to reservations, payments, lodging, events, the management of requests (PQRS), compliance with legal obligations, and the delivery of commercial or promotional communications. I acknowledge that, as the data subject, I have the right to access, update, rectify, and delete my personal information, as well as to revoke this authorization, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and the Personal Data Processing Policy, available here. I hereby declare that I have read and accepted said Policy, and that this authorization shall remain in effect for as long as a commercial, contractual, or service relationship exists with the Hotel Unit.
