Taxes
Published rates do not include the 19% VAT (Value Added Tax), which will be applied in accordance with current regulations. If a tax exemption applies, the guest must present the required documentation at check-in; final validation will be carried out by the hotel at the front desk.
Rate Types
The hotel offers three rate types, whose conditions are detailed prior to confirming the reservation:

Refundable rate: Allows modifications and cancellations in accordance with the policy indicated at the time of booking.

Non-refundable rate with payment at check-in: Payment is made upon arrival at the hotel; however, it does not allow refunds in case of cancellation or no-show.

Non-refundable rate with immediate payment: Requires full payment at the time of booking and does not allow refunds.

Transportation Service (Shuttle)
The hotel offers a shared transportation service for guests on the hotel–airport–hotel route, operating approximately every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service is shared and does not correspond to a private or personalized transfer.
