In compliance with Colombian legislation on the protection of personal data, OPERADORA HABITEL S.A.S., HABITEL S.A.S., and LEMCO S.A.S. (Hotel Unit of Grupo Lemco) hereby inform that they are responsible for the processing of personal data collected in the course of their commercial, contractual, labor, and hotel service activities.
