Habitel offers both refundable and non-refundable rates. Cancellation, modification, and refund conditions depend on the selected rate and promotion. Flexible rates allow modifications and cancellations without penalty, provided they are made within the established conditions. Non-refundable rates, on the other hand, do not allow modifications, cancellations, or refunds.
